CREATIVITY & INNOVATION SESSIONS

Overview of  Creativity & Innovations Sessions

Sharon teaches group and one-on-one sessions integrating Mindfulness with creativity. A guided meditation & light sketching experience focuses on breaking up limiting beliefs around creativity. On the other side, a fresh outlook on problem-solving and innovative ideas.

Participants documenting personal and professional stressors prior to the meditation and drawing experience. The process supports mental and physical balance. With body chemistry settled, curiosity opens up, left right brain comes into balance and participants tap into their inner wisdom and write solutions to their own stressors, post process.  In the group setting, the shared experiences create connection and enhance synergy. The insights gained during the session foster curiosity and new skills to apply to all areas of perceived limitation. Creativity is asking to be sourced and this process leads the way.

Testimonial:

Dear Sharon,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you again for your workshop at our clinic (Chaldean-Middle Eastern Social services center in El Cajon, California).

As you worked with our staff in helping them learn how to cope with the tremendous stress they face daily in their dealings with the refugees from the middle East you instilled in them a sense of hope and appreciation for what they do and helped initiate the process of healing that is central in the health and longevity of therapists working with this population.

Your creative approach in elucidating your mindfulness training came across in an experiential and genuine way that was both powerful and effective.

Thank you again for taking the time and sharing your expertise and humanity with us.

By writing a concern on a note prior to guided meditation and sketching, participants can revisit the frustration with a balanced mind and body. Inner wisdom presents itself and solutions unfold.

Celebrating our collective experience at the Chaldean-Middle Eastern Social services center in El Cajon, California.

The diversity of expression is wonderful to witness and share.
